Ó Snodaigh condemns Drimnagh shooting

Dublin South Central Sinn Féin TD Aengus Ó Snodaigh has condemned the shooting of a woman in his constituency this afternoon. Deputy Ó Snodaigh was speaking following the shooting of a woman in Drimnagh today.
He said, "For the past number of years I have been calling for a specific Garda Task Force to deal with serious drug and gun crime in the Crumlin/Drimnagh area with a particular focus on the feud that has been taking place there. That particular feud has been responsible for many deaths and shootings over the last number of years.
"I condemn the shooting of a woman in Drimnagh today and reiterate my call for a dedicated Garda Task Force to tackle this type of crime in that area." ENDS
